The Frigate is in this system (Levo). Destroy it, then return to the Levo Flight Academy. A good idea when taking on large ships is to stay out of visual range while firing Torpedos and Missiles at it. Let your fighters engage in close combat at first. Keep moving around so to avoid its missiles (a Missile Jammer and Afterburner will help) and torpedos. When the ship's shields are getting low (around 30%), move in closer and use more Torpedos, Missiles, and Heavy Rockets while avoiding the ship's fire. Also make use of your turrets and other secondary weapons. Return to Levo when you have destroyed the ship. Good luck.
